Kaalbye Shipping Int. (K&O CRUISES) - Ukraine. The Assedo is the former Shotha Rustaveli  one of a serie  of almost five identical sisterships.  One of them is the Marco Polo, all ships built in East Germany for Russian/Ukrainian owners. The Assedo is often chartered to Russian cruise - operators.
