|Dec.9-2019 P&O Cruises’ Ventura has been delayed in the Canary Islands following a reported power loss that required tugs to return the ship to Tenerife.Ventura had departed Tenerife, bound for Arrecife on Lanzarote, when it lost power and drifted until the tugs arrived. No injuries were reported. Due to condensation which had got into the electricals and in turn caused the main propulsion systems to be knocked out. However, the ship did still have the bow thrusters available. Expect four days delay in next cruise.|
