bankruptcy judge has approved the sale of Ambassadors International and
its primary operating unit, Windstar Cruises, to TAC Cruise, an
affiliate of Xanterra Holding Corp., part of billionaire Philip
Anschutz’s investments.Windstar will operate as a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Xanterra, a Greenwood Village, Colo. company. Xanterra and
its affiliates have been involved in the hospitality and leisure
industry for more than a century. Ambassadors International filed a
voluntary petition for Chapter 11 reorganization and had intended to
sell to its lender
